Govorushka bent - conditionally edible type of mushroom family ryadovkovyh. More known to the ordinary man in the street called govorushka red. The Latin name of this mushroom is Clitocybe geotropa. It should be noted that, although this type of govorushek is edible, nevertheless, its culinary processing implies the obligatory boiling.
Description
Such a look as a red-haired govorushka has a smooth hat of a rich red color, in the central part of which a characteristic hillock is located. In diameter, the fruit body of the cap often reaches 200 mm.
Young mushrooms differ from older adults by a convex cap, which, with growing, acquires a funnel-shaped shape. The skin is tender and shiny, in adult specimens it is drier with a matte shade. Directly, the pulp of the fruit body itself is quite dense and fleshy, with a well pronounced pleasant aroma and taste. In young mushrooms, the fruit body is white, in mature ones it acquires a pale-yellow shade. When breaking the color of the pulp does not change.
The lamellar body is thin, as are the plates themselves, often located and descending from the stem. The color of the plates is white, with the growth of the fungus acquire a pinkish or yellow hue. Spores are egg-shaped, the color of spore powder is white.
The leg of the tongue is folded in a regular cylindrical shape, rather high (reaches a length of 150 mm), the width of the leg is no more than 30 mm. The structure is dense, the color is light yellow. In adult specimens, the color of this part of the fungus coincides with the color of the fruit body. At the base, the color of the leg is darker (brown).
Where grow up
The bent govorushki are mushrooms, growing mainly in small groups, therefore, having found them, you can immediately collect a good harvest of these tasty representatives of the mushroom kingdom. Also, these representatives of the family of ryadovkovy can grow alone, but such single specimens are extremely rare.
The season of fruiting govorushek - from mid-summer to late autumn, the peak of growth of mushrooms occurs in the second half of August and lasts until mid-September.
The nutritional value
Although govorushka and is a little-known type of mushrooms, nevertheless, it has a fairly good nutritional quality. For culinary purposes only the fruit body of the hats of young specimens is used. This is due to the fact that the pulp of the legs of govorushek has a rather rigid, fibrous structure.
Preliminary culinary processing of mushrooms implies the obligatory boiling of this type for 20-30 minutes, and the brine itself, in which the gobos were cooked, merges. Next, boiled raw materials are pickled, fried, and added to various dishes for the preparation of various culinary delights (flavored dressings, gravy, etc.).
The use of these mushrooms in food in raw form for cooking is not recommended, because the pulp contains certain enzymes that are responsible for the bitter taste, which can be eliminated by boiling. After heat treatment, the appearance of redheads loses much in size.
Properties and features
We draw attention to the fact that in folk medicine this mushroom is used for the manufacture of medicinal decoctions and extracts with high efficacy against diseases of the urogenital and respiratory systems. Also, ointments from natural raw materials are used as an excellent disinfectant and wound healing agent.
